The connections on our batteries are crimped and have a very good internal construction. They are nuts attached to the terminals for both the positive (+) and negative (-) connections. The charger also connects to the same lug with the same positive and negative terminals. As long as your cart system is operating at 48V and currently using a lead-acid battery, our LiFePO4 batteries can be a direct replacement. You would not need to change your electric motor or speed controller, making it a plug-and-play solution. If your cart's speed controller is rated at 300A, the cart should retain its current speed when using our battery. The speed controller is responsible for managing the power delivery to the motor, and our battery is capable of providing the necessary current for the controller to function properly. We offer a 10-year warranty on our batteries, provided they are not damaged by human factors. If you encounter any issues with the battery during the warranty period, we will require you to provide the evidence we ask for. Once verified, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the battery back. Depending on your requirements, we will either offer a full refund or send you a new replacement battery. Yes, the touch screen comes with a mounting bracket that can be screwed onto the top of the golf cart's dashboard. This allows you to securely mount the touch screen display in a convenient location. To set up the Bluetooth functionality and monitor the charging status of your battery, please follow these steps:Q1: Are the connections soldered or crimped?
Q2: Would I have to change my electric motor or speed controller to use this battery or is it plug and play with the existing electric motor and controller?
Q3: If my speed controller is rated at 300A, will the cart retain its current speed?
Q4: What is the warranty on the battery?
Q5: Does the touch screen come with a mounting bracket for the golf cart's dash?
Q6: How do I contact you for Bluetooth setup and to know if my battery is charging?
