Low temperature cut-off protection (Discharge): -20℃ ± 4℃ (-4°F ± 7.2°F)

We recommend using a lithium iron phosphate 4-string (14.6V) charger to charge the battery. However, there are other options available:

Scheme 2: You can use photovoltaic solar panels to charge the battery through MPPT.

Scheme 3: You can use an inverter with a built-in AC to DC charging function to charge the battery pack.

a. The BMS (Battery Management System) is responsible for protecting the li-ion cells and the user from unsafe operating conditions. It shuts off the battery in the event of low or high voltage, low or high temperatures, or a short circuit.

b. Our BMS also ensures that all the cells in the battery pack are kept in balance. During each charge cycle, the BMS reduces the charging rate in cells that have already reached maximum capacity, allowing the remaining cells to catch up. This balancing process maintains the quality and efficiency of the battery pack.

Our LiFePO4 lithium iron batteries provide over 2000 cycles compared to 300-500 cycles in lead acid batteries. The service life of LiFePO4 batteries is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries.

Our LiFePO4 batteries are manufactured using Automotive Grade LiFePO4 Cells, which offer higher energy density, no memory effect, and more stable performance. The stable Lithium Iron Phosphate chemical structure ensures that LiFePO4 batteries do not burn or explode even under high temperatures, short circuits, impact, or drops. Our batteries have obtained the highest-level safety certification based on UL Testing Certificate for the cells inside the battery. They do not contain any heavy metals or rare metals, making them more environmentally friendly.

The built-in Battery Management System (BMS) in all our lithium batteries protects against overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating, short circuit, and low self-discharge rate. Additionally, the BMS has a high-temperature disconnect function. When the internal temperature of the battery reaches 75°C / 167°F, it will automatically disconnect to protect the battery. It also disconnects the battery when the overcharge voltage exceeds 15V or the overdischarge voltage drops below 8.8V.
