MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty periods start from the date of purchase. If the product is transferred, the warranty will commence from the battery's manufacturing date.

WARRANTY DETAILS

Golf Cart Battery Series / 12V 460Ah RV Battery and 48V Lithium Battery Series

• Years 1 to 5: If a valid warranty claim is made and the batteries cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will replace the defective battery free of charge with a similar product.
• Years 6 and 7: If a valid warranty claim is made and the batteries cannot be repaired, a similar product will be offered at 40% off the retail MSRP at the time of the offer.
• Years 8 to 10: If a valid warranty claim is made and the batteries cannot be repaired, a similar product will be offered at 25% off the retail MSRP at the time of the offer.

12V 100Ah-300Ah Batteries and Stacked Battery

• During these 5 years, if the battery is damaged due to quality problems and cannot be repaired, a new battery will be provided free of charge. If it can be repaired, Vatrer will provide repair compensation after negotiation between the two parties. If the battery is damaged due to human factors, Vatrer will only provide technical support but no replacement service.

Batteries Below 12V 100Ah

• 2-year warranty: During the warranty period, if the battery is damaged due to quality problems and cannot be repaired, a new battery will be provided free of charge. If it can be repaired, Vatrer will provide repair compensation after negotiation between the two parties. If the battery is damaged due to human factors, Vatrer will only provide technical support but no replacement service.

Accessories

• 1-year warranty: Within one year, if any accessories have quality failure, they will be replaced free of charge. If the accessories have problems due to human factors, the Vatrer brand will provide technical support and will not replace new accessories for free.

These warranty terms ensure that customers can enjoy the high-quality performance and reliability of our products, while also providing clear, long-term support to ensure your equipment performs optimally at critical times. If you encounter warranty after-sales problems, please refer to the warranty policy. The final interpretation right belongs to the Vatrer Power brand.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery subjected to the following conditions:

• Damage due to being unsecured or insufficiently secured

• Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service

• Loose battery terminal connections

• More than 4 batteries connected in series (above 48V)

• Reverse polarity connections

• Inappropriate storage conditions as defined by Battery Owner’s Manual including but not limited to, exposure to extreme ambient temperatures above 140F or below -40F, fire, or water submersion, and/or storing Battery in a completely discharged state

• Any short circuit caused by accidental, intentional, or inadvertent connection of the positive and negative terminals

• Damage caused by impact, accident, collision, or drop

• Under/over charging the Battery as defined in its respective Battery Owner’s Manual

• Use with other third-party product(s) which fail

• High resistance as a result of corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size

• Battery that fails as a result of a faulty electrical system

• Battery that has been opened, modified or tampered with in any way.

• Battery that was used for applications other than which it was designed and intended for, including repeated engine starting, or drawing more amps then the battery is rated to continually discharge in its respective specifications

• Battery that has not been charged for over 1 year (batteries need to be charged periodically to maintain Battery cell health)

• Battery that has been used in a commercial application where it is cycled to more than 80% depth of discharge repeatedly within 24 hour periods.
