Yes, our BMS has a low-temperature protection cut-off function. It is designed to protect your battery from low-temperature damage and extend its overall lifespan.

The low-temperature cut-off protection for charging is set at 0℃ ± 4℃ (32°F ± 39.2°F), and for discharging it is set at -20℃ ± 4℃ (-4°F ± 39.2°F).

We recommend using a lithium iron phosphate 15-string (54V) charger to properly charge the battery.

However, you also have two alternative options:

1. You can use photovoltaic solar panels and connect them through an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controller to charge the battery.
2. You can use an inverter with a built-in AC to DC charging function to charge the battery pack.

A BMS, or Battery Management System, is an essential component in lithium battery packs. It performs multiple functions:

• The BMS protects the battery from unsafe operating conditions such as low or high voltage, low or high temperatures, and system shorts by shutting off the battery.
• It ensures that all cells in the battery pack remain in balance, reducing the charging rate in cells that are already topped off and allowing the other cells to catch up. This maintains the overall quality and efficiency of the battery pack.

Our LiFePO4 lithium iron batteries provide 5000+ cycles, which is significantly more compared to the 300-500 cycles typically found in lead-acid batteries. The service life of LiFePO4 batteries is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries.

Our LiFePO4 batteries are manufactured using Automotive Grade LiFePO4 Cells. They have a higher energy density, no memory effect, and offer more stable performance and greater power.

The stable chemical structure of Lithium Iron Phosphate makes LiFePO4 batteries resistant to burning or exploding even under high temperatures, short circuits, impacts, or drops. Our batteries have achieved the highest level of safety based on UL Testing Certificate for the cells inside the battery.

Additionally, our batteries do not contain heavy metals or rare metals, making them more environmentally friendly. They are often referred to as green batteries.

Furthermore, our batteries have a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) that provides multiple safety features. It protects against overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating, short circuits, and has a low self-discharge rate.

Our BMS also includes a high-temperature disconnect function, which automatically disconnects the battery when the internal temperature reaches 75°C (167°F) to protect it. It also has overcharge and overdischarge protection, disconnecting the battery if the voltage exceeds 54.75V (overcharge) or drops below 38.25V (overdischarge).

Unfortunately, our battery cannot be used to jump-start a vehicle. However, it can be used as a power supply for automobiles. You can recharge your car via a Jackery power supply cord, which can be purchased separately.
