No, our BMS does not have a low temperature charging disconnect feature.
We recommend using a lithium iron phosphate 4-string (14.6V) charger to charge the battery. Alternatively, you can also charge the battery using photovoltaic solar panels through MPPT or use an inverter with a built-in AC to DC charging function.
A BMS (Battery Management System) is responsible for monitoring and protecting the battery. It safeguards against low or high voltage, low or high temperatures, and detects short circuits. The BMS ensures safe operating conditions for both the battery cells and the user. It also helps maintain cell balance during charging cycles, ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of the battery pack.

The built-in Battery Management System (BMS) in all our lithium batteries provides protection against overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating, short circuits, and has a low self-discharge rate.
The BMS also includes a high temperature disconnect function. When the internal temperature of the battery reaches 75°C /167°F, it will automatically disconnect to protect the battery. Additionally, it will disconnect the battery if the overcharge voltage exceeds 15V or the over-discharge voltage drops below 8.8V.
We are sorry, but our batteries cannot be used to jump-start a vehicle. However, they can be used as a power supply for automobiles. You can recharge your car via a Jackery power supply cord, which is available for purchase separately.
